Congratulations to Mrs Libby Barber, Trust Careers & Aspirations Lead who has been crowned ‘Greater Lincolnshire Careers Champion 2022/23’ as her invaluable work of preparing our students for their future has been officially recognised by the Greater Lincolnshire Careers Hub.
Mrs Barber was shortlisted along with 21 other individuals from across Lincolnshire and she was officially crowned as one of five ‘Careers Champions’ at a prestigious Careers Hub event which was held at Lincolnshire Showground at the end of term.
The panel judging the award said “Libby has worked arduously to achieve the perpetual, robust careers programme that we see today across our four schools. As the Trust grew from two schools, so did Libby’s knowledge and confidence; this is acknowledged not just by her Level 6 Leadership qualification, but by the clear increase of engagement from students, staff and families.”
