Students with ‘no strikes’ are winners in prize draw

To promote positive behaviour, we have a Strike Card scheme where every half term, all of the students who achieve a perfect record with no strikes on their Strike Card are entered into a prize draw to win £10 Gift Vouchers.

Every student has to carry a Strike Card in their top blazer pocket and can receive a strike for incorrect or untidy uniform, poor behaviour in the yard or corridor, not carrying a Strike Card and other misdemeanours such as not wearing a face mask. This is a simple but effective way of addressing behaviour and a great way of rewarding students.

Well done to Year 9 students Finn Harrison, Abbie Murray and Keira Knight who received £10 Gift Vouchers and to everyone in all years who was entered into the Strike Card prize draw.
