Stay informed about your child’s progress at our Parents Evenings

To keep parents/carers informed about their child’s progress, the interventions that could benefit them and how parents/carers can support students, we hold online Parents Evenings for each year group.

The Parents Evenings give parents/carers the opportunity to meet with their child’s subject teachers and have 5 minute appointments per subject where you can ask questions as well as get feedback.

We encourage all parents/carers to participate as all year groups are just as important as each other. They all take place at crucial times in your child’s education as it might be about making important subject choices, discussing predicted grades, where to prioritise learning or how to prepare for exams to get the best results.

To give you advance notice of when the Online Parents Evenings are taking place in 2026, we have listed the dates below:

• Year 11 – Thursday 29th January 2026
  
• Year 8 – Thursday 19th March 2026
  
• Year 10 – Thursday 14th May 2026
• Year 7 – Thursday 11th June 2026

Note that the Year 9 Parents Evening took place in December 2025

The Parents Evenings all take place online using our SchoolCloud system as this was found to be the most convenient and preferred way for parents/carers to attend.

You will receive at least two weeks notice of when and how you can book appointments. Timeslots are available on a first come, first served basis and we recommend you book early to get your preferred times.
