Promoting and rewarding positive behaviour is a winning combination

To promote positive behaviour, we have a reward scheme where every term, all of the students who achieve a perfect record with no strikes on their Strike Card are entered into a prize draw.

Every student has to carry a Strike Card in their top blazer pocket and can receive a strike for incorrect or untidy uniform, poor behaviour in the yard or corridor and other misdemeanours such as not carrying a Strike Card. This is a simple but effective way of addressing behaviour and a great way of rewarding students.
